Given how hard it is for us to become parents, I was absolutely shocked after watching the first few minutes of Bad Neighbours.
The opening scene starts with Seth Brogan and Rose Byrne having sex in front of their baby. Meanwhile, the dreaded college fraternity moves in next door and again mom and dad are struggling to find a way to connect with their new neighbors. Eventually, they leave their baby home alone only to be looked after by the baby monitor held to mom’s ear during the party.
What a sad and poor taste of entertainment the studio execs at Universal Pictures must have.
